Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging You must provide proof of purchase Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will: Review your claim Request photos if needed Provide a replacement or refund There is no cost to you for damaged or faulty item returns.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it immediately. We will arrange a replacement and cover all return shipping costs.
NonReturnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for: Used products Opened bottles Products not purchased directly from our website
